Manufacture of wooden packaging
HEAT TREATMENT
Our work
According to the International Standard for Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM No. 15), all wood packaging materials, namely wooden boxes, pallets, structures, beams, etc., must be heat-treated during export. This standard is designed to prevent the spread of dangerous pests along with wood packaging materials during international trade.
Heat treatment is the disinfection of wood by heating when the temperature inside the wood is not lower than + 56 ° C for at least 30 minutes. This measure is effective for the destruction of most species of wood pests at any stage of their development. As a confirmation of the heat treatment procedure, a certified sample mark is applied to the wooden container. Marking is applied by burning or stamping indelible paint. To undergo a customs procedure for heat-treated wooden containers, an act of heat treatment is drawn up, and if necessary, a quarantine certificate.
The complete package of phytosanitary control documents provided by us with the necessary range of heat treatment services will allow you to go through customs clearance of your cargo without any obstacles.
We provide licensed services for heat treatment of wooden containers and lumber.
We make out a full package of documents of phytosanitary control, put the appropriate marking on the container according to the international standard ISPM No. 15.
